A Change is Gonna Come!

Hold on to your faith...You are right...I went through hell to have surgery and God was faithful....I lost a lot of weight twice as much as the average person loses...but I am not at goal....I am 4 years out and whether people laugh at me or think I am foolish...I dont care. I too believe a change is gonna come. I did not come this far to only get to the half way mark. Heck who runs a race and gets half way through it and say I am satisfied...this is good for me. You either give up or you finish...I am not giving up ....because I know a change is gonna come....Be encouraged, it is just around the bend for you.

Thank you Pastor di!...When I started this journey, my faith was what sustained me through all the setbacks...As the scripture says, "...Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen..."; so for me, faith is where your strength comes from to get you through the hard times...I know that God didn't bring me this far to leave me now!...A lot of times when things don't go the way we want them to we tend to feel that God has left us or let go of our hand when the truth is we've left God and let go of His hand!...I'm not a quitter, therefore I continue to press toward the mark, knowing that I'll reap if I don't faint!...God is good, all the time!
